BricSpaces raises $350,000 in pre-seed round

Bengaluru- a proptech startup BricSpaces has recently raised $350,000 in a pre-seed round from the investor named- marquee. The top names involves- Freshworks co-founder Shan Krishnasamy, serial tech investor Bharat Kapoor from 50K Ventures and Eeva developer Vishal along with other angels. 

The CEO and Co-founder Madhusudhan AV said- “Real estate is highly fragmented and one of the most unorganised sectors in India”. 

Moreover, BricSpaces stated- “By digitising using technology back-end operations and by transforming day-to-day real estate management into a seamless cloud-based platform, we have created a transaction management dashboard allowing from discovery to booking on a single platform.”

It has closed the deal and transaction worth more than INR 40 crores within the first year of operations and has orders worth INR 80 crore during the global pandemic. 

The major aim of BricSpaces is to market leaders targeting one-third of the market share in the coming years with aggressive scale using the right technology and ways.with a large and growing market of agent brokerage in India worth $3 billion annually making the business more better and seamless. 

Moreover, talking about the Reality technology firms or proptech companies are seeing increasing interest from investors due to growing need of technology amidst the spread of Covid-19 across the nation.
