Dental practice software CareStack raises $22.5 million in Series C Round

The series was led by SteadView Capital, Delta Dental of California, Accel Partners, Eight Roads, and F-Prime Capital. 

The Thiruvananthapuram-based dental care startup plans to integrate the proceedings to expand its business operations and for more talent acquisition. Back in 2019, it had raised $28 million, and with this, it has raised a total value of $60 million. The CEO and Co-founder Abhilash Krishna that for too long, dental practices have successfully used multiple software solutions bolted on top of traditional dental ways to manage daily operations. It enables clinics to move away from the complexities of using multiple fragmented solutions and manage everything via one complete tool that goes perfectly with the modern-day needs. 

The company stated- “We are relentlessly innovating through frequent software upgrades, a growing list of third-party integrations, and advanced workflow automation capabilities. Our vision is to lead the digital transformation of the dental industry and enable offices to operate at its highest potential”.

With the new funding, the firm continues to build upon India’s growth story in the SaaS landscape, something unique and highly beneficial. Additionally, the sources suggest it has doubled its revenue in 2020, and its global workforce was at 370 employees. 

Now with the ongoing growth, aiming at doubling its team and increasing the annual revenue by 4X. 

The flagship product offers the clinic and doctors to manage everything under one roof. From appointments, treatments, payments, further communication. Analysis, reporting, and more. It helps in simplifying work, elevate patient relationships, and gain more time to focus on care.
