Siddharth Karankal, a pharmacist from the small Indian city of Chhattisgarh, has a unique perspective on life. Since the COVID-19 epidemic has altered how healthcare is provided generally, pharmacists are assuming the initiative to meet the requirements of specific patients in practice.

Early life: On November 2, 1994, Siddharth was born in Durg, Chhattisgarh, India. He graduated from DAV Public School Hudco Bhilai in 2014, then went on to study B.Pharma at Rungta College Bhilai. In 2019, he began working as an intern at Sri Shankaracharya College.

Siddharth, although being young, was able to ascend to the position of purchase manager at Sri Shankaracharya Medical College. Siddharth seemed to be highly committed to his work, and he performed heroically during that time despite the many challenges the pandemic caused. Siddharth continued to provide patient care throughout the pandemic by enhancing the use of telehealth to deliver continuity of care across practises, physician office-based, in-clinic, and in-store communities, and taking the lead on COVID-19 testing and vaccination initiatives. He also expanded access to medications through curtsied and in-home delivery services.

When the first pandemic broke out at that period In the fight against the COVID-19 epidemic, hospitals from all around the world are crucial. Staff members frequently encounter new obstacles during an epidemic event that need them to carry out unfamiliar responsibilities that may go much beyond their prior training and experience. While there is no one set of traits that must be present in all leadership circumstances, moments of crisis tend to call for a certain collection of traits, talents, and competencies more than others. but without pausing, we must take care of the infected individuals and administer medication as often as we can.
