iD Fresh Food on the verge of expanding its company in India

Chennai- Well-known food brand iD Fresh Food mentioned on Monday that they are all set to expand their workforce by recruiting more than 500 across various parts of India and Gulf Cooperation Council operations in 2021.

“The steady growth in the company’s talent acquisition is a testimony of its consistent performance and business resilience, despite the prolonged challenges of the pandemic induced market,” mentioned iD Fresh.

Notably, iD Fresh said that it might look at drafting opportunities for diverse parts of the society with its hiring and the brand may adopt a focused approach to assure gender diversity across functions, involving manufacturing operations that also involve traditionally been a male bastion in India. Well, in relation to this, the company is now set to launch its exclusive iD Women Network.

“Our markets are home to some truly talented men and women who have found themselves at the receiving end of the pandemic. As a company rooted in the power of simplicity, we found it only natural to grow our talent pool and create opportunities for everyone despite some skepticism in the market around mass hiring. We hope that our decisions have a domino effect in the industry, especially among companies who are seeing a growth trajectory but are waiting it out before hiring actively,” mentioned Musthafa PC, co-founder, and CEO of iD Fresh Food.

Previously in this year, iD Fresh Food announced that its decision was to make an investment of Rs 100 crore in new production plants in the Indian and overseas markets involving GCC and the US.

However, the company has now posted almost 24% YoY growth in 2020-2021 and mentioned it hired 150 employees across functions at the time of the pandemic.

On the other hand, iD Fresh Food, has also started operations in the year 2005 in Bengaluru, recently employs around 1,500 people in more than 45 markets.
