India: Netizens outraged over dubbed Ramayana video taking part in inside of Noida pub

“The video went viral on social media on Monday morning and is connected to be from Lord of the Drinks resto-bar positioned within the Gardens Galleria mall. Taking cognisance of the topic without extend, an FIR became lodged at Sector 39 police situation,” Extra Deputy Commissioner of Police (Noida) Shakti Avasthy said.

“Three of us – the resto bar’s co-owner, its manager and the DJ who played the video had been booked after the police suo motu took cognisance of the clips,” Avasthy suggested PTI.

The FIR has been lodged below Indian Penal Code sections 153A (act prejudicial to upkeep of harmony, or at likelihood of disturb public tranquillity) and 295 (injuring or defiling residing of cherish with intent to insult the faith of any class), the police said.
