India: Police bust extortion racket in South Kashmir, 5 arrested

In India, Jammu and Kashmir police busted an extortion racket in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district. Police fetch arrested 5 accused fervent in extorting money from folk whereas impersonating terrorists. Jammu and Kashmir’s police had received more than one complaints from the residents of Katrasoo, Matibugh and Tarigam and nearby areas that a community of masked males impersonating terrorists entered their houses and threatened them with weapons thereby extorting money and casting off treasured objects from them.
