Some of the most valued companies recently added INR 1,14,744.44 crores to their overall valuation within a 7 days time span. Having major contributions and funds coming in from IT (information technology) giants TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) and Infosys.
The firms recently witnessed excellent gains in their valuation via Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever Limited, and HDFC, ICICI Bank, SBI (State Bank of India), Kotak Mahindra Bank witnessed Losses in their market capitalization.
Moving further with the real figures, then the cumulative loss was recorded as INR 99,183.31 crore which was less than the total revenue or profit made by the four firms.
Recently, the TCS valuation rushed INR 57,816 crore to reach INR 12,28,898.85 crore. Whereas, Infosys added INR 23,625.36 crore to its valuation at INR 6,13,854.71 crore.
On the other hand, another giant Hindustan Unilever Limited surged INR 17,974.19 crore to INR 5,81,741.24 crore and that of Bharti Airtel by INR 15,328.71 crore to INR 2,99,507.71 crore.
On the contradictory level, HDFC Bank experienced a slight decline by INR 35,750.35 crore to INR 7,83,723.87 crore. And the overall market capitalization of Reliance Industries dipped to INR 24,755.52 crore to reach INR 12,56,889.45 crore. ICICI Bank’s valuation decreased by INR 18,996.52 crores to INR 3,91,778.85 crore and that of SBI by INR 15,618.07 crore to INR 3,15,083.41 crore. The valuation of HDFC hailed by INR 3,012.59 crore to INR 4,53,557.23 crore and that of Kotak Mahindra Bank by INR 1,050.26 crore to INR 3,56,523.48 crore.
Lastly, among the top-ranking firms and tech giants, Reliance Industries clutched the position of the most valued firm followed by TCS, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, SBI, and Bharti Airtel.
