Principal milk suppliers Mother Dairy and Amul have elevated their milk prices in Delhi-NCR and other cities by ₹2 per litre with discontinue from Wednesday. The price hike is as a result of an amplify of their procuring and other input prices.
As reported by the Hindustan Situations, Mother Dairy claimed that it had been “compelled” to amplify the cost of liquid milk by $2 per litre. All milk kinds shall be topic to the elevated rates. The price of full cream milk has elevated from 59 to 61 cents per litre.
Prices for toned milk will climb to Rs 51 per litre, while double toned milk will amplify to Rs 45 per litre. The price of cow milk has elevated to Rs 53 per litre. The associated rate of token milk has elevated from Rs 46 to Rs 48 per litre.
The Gujarat Cooperative Milk Advertising and marketing Federation (GCMMF), which sells dairy products beneath the Amul heed, has elevated prices in all of the markets the build Amul milk is offered, along side those in Ahmedabad and Saurashtra in Gujarat, Delhi NCR, West Bengal, and Mumbai.
