The President of India Ram Nath Kovind is to visit the States of Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh from 28 February to 2 March 2020. Agenda: On 28th February, the President will address the first convocation of the Central University of Jharkhand in Ranchi. On 29th February, the second day, he is expected to visit Vikas Bharti, Bishunpur in Gumla, Jharkhand. On 2nd March, the President Kovind will deliver the convocation address at the Guru Ghasidas University in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
