Russian defense industry is directly dedicated to send $15 billion worth of military hardware to India and expects another agreement for Igla-S MANPADS soon.
“Everything is going easily with Indian accomplices. We have a decent excess of requests, equivalent to around 15 billion. I trust that sooner rather than later an understanding will be marked on the creation and flexibly of Igla-S in light of a legitimate concern for India, particularly since we have won the delicate genuinely,” Dmitry Shugaev, top of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC), advised during a meeting to Zvezda channel, run by resistance service.
Shugaev uncovered that joint creation of Kalashnikov AK-203 7.62 mm Assault Rifles 200 arrangement is in progress.

On the cards is a joint creation of 140 Kamov KA-226T ‘Gangster’ light utility helicopters for $1 billion, building Project 12701 Alexandrit-E class minesweepers and Project 75I diesel-electric submarines in India under the Make in India program.
