Tasmania is ready to get its first-ever regularly timetabled (weekly) international flight in 23 Years. This has been done through Air New Zealand which has decided to begin non-stop flights between Auckland and Hobart, most probably from late April.

Reports say even Covid-19 is one of the greatest concerns for the nations. But as per geographical statistics, Air New Zealand gears up to allow trans-Tasmanian travel without following any specific 14-day quarantine.

But on the other side, some reports say, Australians are still not allowed to travel to New Zealand without undergoing a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon entry to the city.

Moreover, the airline said in a statement that it won’t be launching until quarantine-free travel is up and running between Australia and New Zealand.

This decision of returning a Tasmanian Air Bridge and services for the first time in 23 Years had caused a massive interest not only in travelers but also in travel companies. This will also give a hike to the Travel industry immensely, as it got affected due to the covid outbreak.
