Most of us believe that everything will remain permanent but we tend to forget the impermanence law of nature. Our soul is covered with different emotions – Anger, Fear, Hatred, Jealousy etc. We live our life as if we are in some race. Only if we start to make ourselves free from such emotions will we meet our true self.

Every Human being is here to perform his Karmas(Duties), every action that he does must be with an attitude of devotion to god without expecting any returns. When we do every activity with devotion our mind is free and open to changes happening around us. Our devotion makes us very humble, selfless, compassionate, Loving and non – attached which is the gateway towards self realisation.

In this book Lord Krishna helps us to understand the true meaning of self realisation- he explains how the physical body is different from our Immortal soul. Physical body will go back to mother nature one day but it’s our soul that remains immortal.

Great Leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Albert Einstein, Bal Gangadhar Tilak embraced and espoused the values and principles explained in the book by Lord Krishna.
