Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh authorities has ordered employers within the state to no longer force females workers to work from after 7 PM and outdated to 6 AM. The authorities has also asked the employers to produce a bunch of companies to females. “Employer shall snatch acceptable steps to forestall sexual harassment. The employer shall retain a criticism mechanism within the factory itself as prescribed within the Sexual Harrassment of Women at Set of job (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act,” the command read.
