Gearing up for the upcoming elections in Uttarakhand, Aam Aadmi Social gathering (AAP) national convenor and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday acknowledged that the birthday party will give Rs 1,000 to every lady in the bid who is above 18 years of age if it involves vitality.
