Vistry has secured reserved issues planning approval for 439 properties at its Western Gate location on Sandy Lane in Harpole.
Its Bovis Houses and Linden Houses companies are location to launch construction within the arriving months.
Vistry has agreed to pay the local council £6m against a brand fresh foremost college. Extra contributions are being made against a neighborhood centre, play facilities, a library and toll road work.
Vistry has dedicated to 15% of the properties at Western Gate being designated as life like housing.
