Undoubtedly, Panipuri is the national savory street food for Indians loved by one and all! They leave no chance to grab a panipuri thela and eat plates of it!
Common questions that arise in the mind of the people are- Do all Pani puri vendors maintain hygiene? Do they wear gloves? Do they use pure water or what about the quality of ingredients they have? Are they aware of how much harm are they causing to the environment by using plastic and thermo-col plates?

E-panipuriikartz has been conceptualized by Harish Neotia, Manisha Neotia & Tanya Raj who are strongly focused on bringing innovative solutions to serve the Indian market. The brand is accomplished by a young energetic team covering every aspect of different portfolios necessary in the company.
Mr. Jyoti Prakash Sahoo is leading the Product Development, IoT Applications, and has successfully achieved Product Market Fit. He will be heading the production Department. Mr. Pradeep Shukla a veteran experienced person in the field of operation joined looking after franchised store operations. The marketing team is headed by Kanishka with Pratiksha leading the Team of Digital Marketing Interns. All the members come from different cities, different universities with different profiles but still are working together to make a difference.

‘E-panipuriikartz’ concept efficiently connects tradition with technology. They provide Mobile App operated Automatic Dispensing Machine to serve panipuri, IoT enabled with remote Access. They also provide different models from Table Top, Kiosk , cart & E-cart and have 3/6/9 Nozzles – each one dispenses different panipuri flavor. This, in turn, helps the customers to fill the puris with panipuri flavor on their own.
After successfully launched, they are now expanding the footprint of E-panipuriikartz across India in different Table Top Models. Presently, the company is looking for Tie-ups with Food brands, Multi Cuisine Outlets, Fast Food joints, etc. They will be providing a Central operating system for a Brand for its multiple units. Collaboration with Master Brand will be for Machine supply, IT Setup & Maintenance, and Spices Supply.
They are heading towards making an innovative brand in street food. The major challenge was to keep the traditional taste enriched with a new flavor. Master Chef Vivek developed recipes and a Tie-up with Symega Food Ingredients Ltd, Ernakulam, Kerala they brought the best spices in paste form with lab-tested quality which comes in a shelf life of one year.
