Success within the built-to-rent sector has helped Watkin Jones’ double its profit.
The team, which specializes in built-to-rent, pupil housing and the life like homes markets, revealed pre-tax profit of £51.1m for the one year to 30 September 2021. This became more than double the £25.3m it reported the old one year.
