Last year in the month of November, WhatsApp has launched the much-awaited “Disappearing Messages” for Android and iOS users. It will automatically delete the new messages which are sent to a chat after the seven days when turned on.

However, in one-to-one chat, either the person can turn the disappearing message on or off. However, the groups, admins will have complete control over the new features.

Notably, the Facebook-owned platform has started with the seven-day limit “because we think it offers peace of mind that conversations aren’t permanent while remaining practical so you don’t forget what you were chatting about”.

As soon as it is enabled, new messages are sent in the individuals or group chat which disappear after seven days. Well, the most recent selection controls all the messages in the chat. WhatsApp mentioned that people should make use of the disappearing messages with the trusted individuals.
