Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra to launch in India on April 23

Xiaomi has recently launched the new high-end phones in the Mi 11 series in China. The bunch includes Mi 11 Pro and the Mi 11 Ultra. Now it has also revealed the date for the Indian market launch that the Mi Ultra will be coming to India as well. The phone is set to be launched in India on April 23’ 2021. 

The Mi 11 Ultra is one of the most powerful smartphones and perfect for the new age and is powered by more than just a flagship chipset. Here’s a sneak peek at all specifications about the phone from the Chinese variant. While some minor changes may be present when the set launches in India, and other specifications could be the same. 

Mi 11 Ultra: Upcoming Specifications 

Until now, Xiaomi hasn’t disclosed any information about the hardware of the upcoming Indian variant of the Mi 11 Ultra. People are also expecting to flaunt similar specs to the global market also. The Mi 11 is up with high-quality sport triple cameras in the back alongside a mini rear display. 

On the front side, the phone will likely feature a 6.81-inch AMOLED display that offers a QHD + resolution of 3200*1440 pixels and has a punch-hole notch cutout for the selfie camera. It may support up to 120Hz refresh rate and provide HDR10+ playback with Dolby Vision. 

Under the hood, you may see the same specs as on the global variant. it will also include the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor with an octa-core CPU, paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Talking about the cameras, something that we all get excited about, this model will have the same triple camera set-up on the back by a 50MP primary camera with an f/2.0 aperture and OIS support, a 48MP periscope camera with 5x optical zoom, and an ultra wide angle camera of 48MP with 128-degree field of view. 

Moreover, the phone is to get a 20MP front selfie camera housed within the notch-out cutout. It is also expected to get stereo speakers optimized by Harman Kardon. It will also be equipped with a 5000mAh battery, supporting 67W both fast wired and wireless charging. Hence, it could be a great option in case you have a busy routine and don’t get enough time to charge. 

Price to be expected 

In China, its price is starting from 5,999 yuan that is around Rs 66,437 for the 8GB/`256GB variant. On the other hand, the price for the 12GB/256GB variant is priced at 6,999 yuan that is about Rs 77,500. It has been assumed that the same price will be set for the phone in Indian also.
