The Supreme Court docket on Wednesday (July 19) granted strange bail to activist Teesta Setalvad who used to be asked to “renounce correct now” earlier this month by Gujarat Excessive Court docket in a case linked to the 2002 Gujarat riots.
Teesta Setalvad is accused of forgery, fabrication of evidence, making wrong costs of offences with intent to wretchedness, conspiracy in connection with the 2002 riots situations.
