The Satanic Temple is suing a Pennsylvania elementary college after its college board voted against the introduction of an After Faculty Satan Membership final week.

The Satanic Temple filed a lawsuit on constitutional grounds against Northern Elementary Faculty in York, Pennsylvania, according to local ABC outlet KTUL.

Mathew Kezhaya, the final counsel for The Satanic Temple, talked about the lawsuit intends to litigate whether the Northern York County Faculty Board discriminated against the organization by no longer allowing them to originate an after college club when other organizations are allowed to.
