The case

On Tuesday (April 2), Sanjay Singh changed into granted bail in the case and walked out of Tihar jail, where he had been lodged since October 13, 2023. Sisodia, Jain, and Kejriwal continue to stay in jail.

‘No celebrations till all others return’

A day after Singh’s free up, his wife Anita thanked the Indian judiciary for the judgement and hoped that other AAP leaders would be released rapidly. Talking to the tips company ANI, Anita said that there would be no celebrations till Sisodia, Jain and Kejriwal were released from jail.
