Four of us died and 60 others were injured after a stampede occurred at some stage in a stay efficiency on the CUSAT University in the Indian suppose of Kerala on Saturday (Nov 25). In accordance with the data agency ANI, Municipal Councilor Pramod stated the exit and entrance on the same gate led to the stampede.
“College students were making an try to enter by strategy of the same gate. College students who were entering by strategy of the steep steps fell first and the massive crowd on the gate stomped them repeatedly all over again,” Pramod stated.
The stay efficiency became being held in the launch-air auditorium on the campus, Kerala Health Minister Veena George stated. Health Minister George became coordinating therapy facilities on the suppose-hasten Scientific Faculty and Scientific institution at Kalamassery.

Of the 60 injured, 10 were reported to be in serious condition.
Talking to ANI, Kerala’s Further Director General of Police (ADGP) M R Ajith Kumar stated, “It is suspected that there became a college arts function being held by the college of engineering. The invitees were asked to map attend in dismal T-shirts…Ensuing from sudden rain these that were on the sites tried to procure interior.”

“So these that were on the steps fell & of us walked over them…Four of us were brought needless to the sanatorium, and one other four were severely injured,” ADGP Kumar added.
