Google says that human contractors eavesdrop on your conversations with your Google Assistant to improve performance in multiple languages. Your interaction is recorded every time you say “OK Google” and access the features of Google Assistant on your phone or your Google Home, and the recordings are reviewed by contractors that can be used to improve its products according to Google. This means that Google contractors can listen and record conversations with your spouse over the phone, even if you are not using a Google device.
When you interact with Google Search, Assistant, and Maps, you can decide whether or not you want Google to record audio recordings in your Google Account. Your audio helps Google develop and improve its audio recognition technology so that its services can make better use of it. Google also keeps an audio log of every question you ask its voice search feature on Google Now so you can listen to it later.
In June, Google launched a new account-related activity portal. Google admits that it uses Google Now and Google Home to record everything that is being talked about with Google Now. Google is also using Google Now to get a better understanding of the flaws in its AI and help language experts improve them, according to the suit.
