The other folks of a “Jeopardy!” champion like sued a Las Vegas-home sanatorium the place their son died February 2021, accusing its staff of negligence and scientific malpractice, a lawsuit published.
Scott and Deborah Smith, the fogeys of Brayden Smith, a 24-365 days-celebrated who received the trivia sport display five times, filed their lawsuit Monday, naming as defendants St. Rose Dominican Hospital-Siena Campus in Henderson, Nevada; sanatorium company Dignity Nicely being; and plenty of scientific staffers, FOX 5 of Las Vegas reported.
Their son died following abdominal surgical treatment.

“This case is no longer actual about loss of life,” Robert Murdock, an attorney for the fogeys, acknowledged in an announcement to the outlet. “Brayden suffered earlier than he died for the explanation that sanatorium, its nurses, and the home health nurse didn’t educate and purchase care of this younger man with a fresh ostomy.”
