Man dies on stage in Haryana’s Bhiwani while taking half in Hanuman in Ramleela

Harish Mehta, a stage actor in the north Indian town of Bhiwani, died of a heart assault while performing on stage on Sunday. Harish used to be taking half in the position of Hanuman in Ramleela (theatrical Ramayan) at Bhiwani’s Jawahar Chowk ahead of Ram Temple’s inauguration in Ayodhya on Monday. Native reviews stated that he died while performing on stage with the actor who performed Lord Ram in the production. Harish had been taking half in the position of Hanuman in Baskinath Ramleela Comittee’s production for the final 25 years.

The incident occurred on stage while the actors like been enacting Ram’s coronation. Harish reportedly died on the toes of the actor taking half in Ram. Eyewitness accounts stated that the portion used to be being enacted on stage by a song. Because the song ended, Harish Mehta, ‘sacrificed his life as he bowed on the toes of Lord Ram,’ stated local reviews.
