Four jawans of the Central Reserve Police Pressure (CRPF) had been injured in an IED blast in Bijapur district of Chhattisgarh on Tuesday. The injured jawans are Palwan KR Biswas, Sada Shiv Yadav, Rajeeve Ranjan and Om Prakash. Per P Sundarraj, IG Bastar, the incident occurred below the Modakpal police location.
The injured had been admitted to District Sanatorium. On the opposite hand, three of the four injured jawans had been later airlifted to Raipur for greater remedy, acknowledged Saket Singh, IG CRPF. Additional particulars awaited.
