The fracas unfolded around 4 a.m., after a community left the 11: 11 Restaurant and Lounge on 10th Avenue shut to West 211th Boulevard within the Inwood neighborhood, police officers said. 

NYPD police officers were patrolling nearby when they noticed the community, who regarded to be inflamed about “a solid discussion,” NYPD Chief of Patrol Juanita Holmes informed newshounds.
